Technology entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience building and commercializing technology products.

Francois Roy is the founder and CEO of AgFlo. He brings more than 20 years of experience in technology development, product innovation, and commercialization.

Before founding AgFlo, he founded Axceta, a company specializing in electronic design and technology product development. Through Axceta, he led numerous technology projects from concept to market launch, including projects in the agricultural sector, for organizations whose products are deployed in multiple international markets.

At AgFlo, Francois draws on this experience to make feed inventory management simpler, more reliable, and more profitable for producers and feed mills. He leads the company with a strong focus on operational efficiency and delivering real value to customers.

Martin Faubert

VP Products

As VP Products, Martin leads products development and manufacturing at AgFlo.

A passionate designer, builder, and intrapreneur, he brings more than twenty years of experience developing hardware products and services. Holding a bachelor’s degree in industrial design, he has contributed to the creation of numerous products, always driven by the desire to transform ideas into practical and lasting solutions.

Recognized for his ability to build and mobilize teams around a clear vision, Martin excels at bringing innovative concepts to life and turning complex challenges into tangible opportunities for growth and impact.

After two decades pushing the boundaries of design across multiple industries, he chose to focus on agriculture, where innovation and purpose intersect. Driven by curiosity and a human centered approach, he strives to deeply understand real user needs and create products that deliver meaningful and lasting value.

Simon Gagné

Director of Business Development

Over 30 years of experience in agriculture, from pig production to international business development.

Simon Gagné began his career working on a pig farm, where he developed a deep passion for agriculture, its realities, and the people behind it.

Over the years, this passion led him to management roles and eventually to business development positions at both national and international levels, working with producers, companies, and partners around the world.

Driven by a desire to solve real problems and create value, Simon places customer success at the center of his work. Being accessible, attentive, and committed to his clients’ success is a core part of how he operates.

At AgFlo, he leverages his field and strategic experience to help producers and feed mills adopt technology that is simple, effective, and economically valuable, while building strong, long term relationships.
