Specific periods are determined based on the amount and sensitivity of Personal Information, risk of unauthorized use or disclosure, processing purposes, availability of less intrusive alternatives, legal and contractual obligations, and applicable limitation periods.
17. Destruction and Anonymization
In accordance with Section 16.2 above, at the end of the applicable retention period, AgFlo takes reasonable steps to securely destroy Personal Information, remove it from active systems, de-identify, or anonymize it, where continued retention of related operational, technical, inventory, or statistical data remains useful, require relevant providers to apply appropriate contractual and technical measures, and restrict access pending final deletion.
